How do I add the widgets?
Home Screen: touch and hold an empty area until the apps jiggle, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Ayah.
Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, choose the Lock Screen, then tap the widget area and pick Ayah.
Widgets are part of Ayah Plus. Without it, the widget shows a reminder to unlock it.
I’m not getting my daily reminder.
In Ayah, open the You tab and check that Daily reminder is on and the time is right.
In your iPhone’s Settings, open Notifications, then Ayah, and make sure Allow Notifications is on.
Opening the app once schedules the next two weeks of reminders.
I bought Ayah Plus but don’t have it.
Open the You tab and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple account you used to buy it.
How do I cancel Ayah Plus?
Open your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Ayah. You keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Are my notes backed up?
Your notes and saved verses live on your iPhone and are included in your normal iCloud or computer backup. We don’t keep a copy.
